Delivery Times

Delivery times vary and are similar to Aus Post standard delivery times. City to same city is next day and 2-3 days for all others. Interstate may be longer. Unfortunately Sendle does NOT offer express or same day parcel delivery services at this time (2017).

Restrictions

Items are restricted to no more than 25 kg’s per item and up to 100 litres in volume.

Tip: If you need to send more than 25 kg’s and you can split items up into several parcels then do so. Label them all with the same address and for instance if you have 4 parcels to the same address and are part of the same delivery mark each item with ‘1 of 4’, ‘2 of 4’, ‘3 of 4’ and ‘4 of 4’ respectively with address details on each.
