A maximum weight of 20kg’s is allowed for Bulpost parcels. If your parcel is heavier than 20 kilograms then you will need to divide up contents into more boxes to distribute the weight. This is required for international destination where airport baggage and freight handlers have restrictions on items they can legally lift while at the workplace.

Other restrictions apply for example dangerous goods, prohibited items such as firearms. Also required is EMS post Customs label cn22, Customs label cn23 to be properly filled out and signed for declaration. This applies to all Countries that initiate EMS services.

Tracking is available and a person will need to sign for all EMS parcels at delivery destination.

If nobody was at home at delivery time, contact your local post office closest to delivery address to collect.

You have only a week or so to collect items from post office after a delivery attempt was unsuccessful.
