One thing i don’t like about the website is that the font on website is small. With a main body text size of just 11 pixels, the webmaster needs to bring the site up to date with the average font size for websites in 2019 being at least 14 pixels. 16 pixels for main body content is not uncommon.
We do like the online tracking and instant quote request on the homepage and the ability to pay online via credit card is great for one off uses by members of the public. Signing up for an account is still needed but they make it fast and simple. Overall it is a good looking, well laid out business website.
