First USA Courier Service
Wells Fargo and Company was the very first courier service in the United States, beginning in 1852 with the now famous 6 horse Concord stagecoach.
In 1857 Wells Fargo formed together with other established freighting companies the ‘Overland Mail Company’.

A twice weekly service was introduced from St Louis and San Francisco utilizing Steamship, railroad and the famous stagecoach.
