    I sent my school transcript since on 10th of march 2018 and I paid for a 3 day service and a door to door service the documents where sent from Niger state in Nigeria. I am so frustrated right now.
    I have tried severally to reach EMS USA but could not get any of your contacts.
    I sent an mail to EMS Nigeria, by the time they reply to my mail I was told it has arrived in the USA.
    And i should inform the receiver to go and pick it up but i have no one there to do that. It was suppose to be sent to Eres, this is frustrating and annoying kindly look into this and help me send it in no time my tracking number is EE324941871NG and the documents is meant to be delivered to ‘address – admin deleted’ USA.

      If it has arrived in USA and it has a correct address then i would suggest that the person was not at address at time of delivery and because it is International EMS it needs signature on delivery.
      Tell the receiver to visit or call the local USPS outlet closest to delivery address.
