In a very competitive industry it is hard to get a foot hold in the market. We suggest you target 'Florists'. Florists have high overheads and low margins. Ask every florist within your area what they are charged for courier services and better the price and you will have yourself a customer and more will follow as the word gets out. Most of the bigger courier companies don't accept accounts with florists because of the nature of the delivery ie; wilting flowers, water spillage and contractors complaints as such. One other niche delivery requirement is towing hire equipment(compressors etc) to work sites for tool hire companies. Hi i just started my own delivery company but is really hard to get customer witch customer would you recommend that would need that kind of services i try home equipment, medical, soda and water company, furnishe equipment but nothing either i really desesperate any comments thanks
